Shipping info:

We ship all Koi through FedEx Next Day or DHL over night . The cost for packing and shipping Koi is $165.00 per box shipped* (Anywhere in the lower 48 states). Koi will be shipped within 7 days of purchase, all koi that are shipped are not fed for 3-4 days prior to shipping to insure there safety while in transit You will be notified the day your fish are shipped out and your new Koi will be shipped to your door overnight. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes. You are responsible for having someone available to accept the fish upon delivery so that you can put your fish into your pond or quarantine system as soon as they arrive. Remember, these are living pets. *Note: there are limitations to the number of Koi that may be shipped in one box: We can only allow 36 inches of koi per box.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover and Paypal through our online payment system. Please contact us if you desire to pay by other means offline. Once the order is placed, payment is received in full at time of shipping.

Return Policy:

The Koi are healthy and well packaged when shipped to you, based on years of experience. Should your Koi arrive dead, you MUST call us the same day. You will be required to freeze the dead Koi and the cooler packs and return the Koi to us or you may take a picture of the koi without its tail,and email it to us.(we have not lost a Koi yet during shipping). Upon receipt of the dead fish we will issue you credit for the Koi against any future purchase, there are no cash refunds.
